If you have an urgent need for an interpreter, access our interpreter hotline. You will need to purchase credits in order to access the hotline or the instant translation link.
Once you’ve purchased credits, we will have to set up the account before you use the system for the first time. A Mindlink representative will be in touch with you.
How do I check my account?
1. Go to your profile
2. Go to the history tab
3. View “Credits for Interpreter Hotline”
4. Once credits have been purchased, the phone number and PIN will be sent to your email
